Materials we laser cut

Acrylic for signage and display components. Wood for architectural panels and exhibition structures. Thin metals for mounting brackets and structural elements. MDF for prototypes and temporary installations. Each material responds differently to laser cutting—acrylic develops polished edges from the heat, wood requires specific power settings to avoid char marks, metals need careful focus adjustment.

Our Eurolaser and Trotec machines handle large-format sheets, which means single-piece fabrication without joins or seams. When signage or display panels need to be cut from full sheets, avoiding joins matters for structural integrity and visual consistency. Digital precision means every piece comes out identical. Cut one or a thousand—they all match.

50 years of cutting experience. Laser precision since day one.

From prototypes to production runs, we deliver precision cutting across diverse materials. Large-format laser and digital cutting tables give you crisp edges and repeatable accuracy.

Why precision cutting matters

Precision Accuracy

Tight tolerances with crisp, clean edges every time. Intricate details that traditional cutting methods can't achieve.

Repeatable Consistency

Digital precision means identical results across production runs. Cut 1 or 1,000—every piece matches exactly.

Large-Format Capability

Sheets up to 3 meters wide. Cut signage and display components without joining smaller sections together.

What we cut

Acrylic. Wood. Metal. Textiles. If it fits on the bed, we can cut it precisely.

How it works

Test cuts first. Full production second.

01

Artwork Preparation

We optimise your vector files for laser cutting. Scale verification, quality check, and design validation ensure clean cuts. If something won't cut properly, we'll tell you before wasting material.

02

Machine Setup

Every material behaves differently under laser—different focus, power settings, and speeds. We configure equipment based on material type and thickness for optimal results.

03

Test Cuts

Sample cutting verifies quality and tolerances before full production. We check edge quality, cutting depth, and dimensional accuracy. Approval happens before we run your entire job.

04

Production & Finishing

Full production run with quality monitoring. Deburring, edge polishing, and protective packaging ensure pieces arrive in perfect condition.

Why work with us?

50 years of cutting experience with modern laser and digital equipment.

Large-Format Laser Cutting

Sheets up to 3 meters wide mean we can cut signage, display components, and structural pieces without needing to join smaller sections. One piece, no seams, no alignment headaches.

Precision Blade Cutting Too

Our digital cutting tables handle textiles, foam, and soft materials with precision knife systems. High-volume production runs with zero fraying. Same digital accuracy as laser, different tool. Need CNC machining instead? We do that too.

Intricate Details Traditional Methods Can't Achieve

Laser cutting creates crisp edges on acrylics and intricate details impossible with traditional cutting. Fine engraving, complex geometries, and tight inside corners—digital precision makes it possible.

From Vector Files to Finished Components

We work directly from your AI, DXF, or PDF files. Standard orders turn around in a few days. Need rush service or volume pricing? We handle urgent projects and large production runs regularly.

Digital cutting for soft materials

Fabrics, foam, and gaskets work better with blade cutting than lasers. Our JWEI digital cutting table uses precision knife systems that prevent fraying and maintain clean edges without heat damage. Textile cutting for event installations, packaging prototypes, gasket production—the blade follows the same digital toolpath as laser systems but with mechanical cutting instead of thermal.

When you need CNC machining instead of cutting, we handle that too. Same facility, same team.
